If this isn’t the worst – and stupidest – ad of this year’s presidential campaign, I’d love to know what is.
Titled “Republicans Rubbing You the Wrong Way”, the ad shows a young guy masturbating (yes, I swear, it really does) while watching porn on his cell phone, then being stopped by an angry old man in a suit who informs him that he’s the guy’s Republican congressman and “we’re banning porn nationwide”.
If what you just read causes you to rub your eyes (and only your eyes) in disbelief, here’s the video of the young guy rubbing his…well, it ain’t one of his eyes, that’s for sure.
It was put out by two Democrat activist groups, Progress Action Fund and Defend the Vote, with no objection that I’m aware of from the Harris/Walz campaign.
So there you have it. The message, evidently, is that if you vote Trump/Vance and you’ll never be able to pleasure yourself again. Or, I suppose, if you vote Harris/Walz you can pleasure yourself to your heart’s (or any other organ’s) content. Or something.
Please let me know if/when you find something that lowers the bar further than this. I’ll wait with (xxxxxx)bated breath.
