Today\’s quote comes to us from a Republican presidential candidate who didn\’t make it to the first tier last night: Ms. Carly Fiorina.
During something of a hostile interview by Alisyn Camerota on CNN\’s “New Day” show this morning, Ms. Fiorina had this to say about Hillary Clinton.
“…Hillary Clinton has spent her entire life on a quest forpower. She has avoided prosecution more times than El Chapo, honestly. We\’verun out of \’gates\’ to describe the scandals.
“Bill and Hillary Clinton are theultimate insiders. The Clinton Global Initiative is like a ponzi scheme withBill and Hillary Clinton on top selling access and influence to our government.
“So Mrs. Clinton craves power. She once again wants to be inthe White House. The truth is, she\’s more qualified for the big house. That iswhy I am continuing to talk about the reality that the political establishmentof which Mrs. Clinton is example, exhibit A, the political establishment doesnot serve the interests of the American people.”
Carly Fiorina wins “Quote Of The Day honors for attacking Hillary Clinton in a way that out-Trumps Donald Trump – but doing it with ten times as much class and finesse.
Well done, Ms. Fiorina. And please: remind me never to get on your wrong side.
