Not to beat a dead horse today, but…
…this excerpt comes to us from Ed Henry\’s article at foxnews.com:
Panic among someDemocrats about Hillary Clinton running into trouble with Bernie Sanders isspreading so rapidly that the idea ofdrafting Vice President Joe Biden is popping up yet again.Fox News has learned that a prominent backer of the “Draft Biden 2016” movement, Tulsabusinessman Bill Bartmann, fired off an email Friday afternoon to several dozenDemocratic allies musing about the possibility of reviving the push for Biden.
“I would urge all of you to join me in \’keeping ourpowder dry\’ until we see if for the good of the party and the country, weshould resurrect (sic) the Draft Biden movement,” Bartmann wrote to fellowDemocrats who had been involved in trying to draft Biden last year.
“We cannot afford to lose the White House.”
Are Democrats fearful of a Hillary Clinton candidacy?
That\’s like asking if ants are scared of a hungry aardvark.
Let\’s put it this way: a party that looks to Joe Biden – the “Jackass Joe” of politics whose gaffes are both legion and legendary, and who has not in any way indicated (yet) that he has changed his mind about making a run – as its savior, is a party in trouble.
