For whatever it’s worth, my wife and I drove (or, more exactly, I just drove my wife) on about a 45 mile trip through central New Jersey – including Freehold, Colts Neck, Tinton Falls, Shrewsbury and a couple of others.
During the drive, I counted lawn signs for the presidential election.
The first thing to note is that, while there were literally hundreds of signs for local elections, I found a total of 11 relating to Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton. I can’t prove that is a demonstration of how disliked both candidates are, but it’s a pretty good bet.
So how did the 11 signs distribute? Keeping in mind that Monmouth County, NJ yielded a slight win for Mitt Romney in 2012 (52% to 47% for Obama), there were….
-8 “Trump/Pence” signs (at one location there were a bunch of them, but all on the same property, so that counts as one);
-2 “Hillary for NJ” signs (Kaine not mentioned on either of them), and;
-1″Hillary for Prison 2016″ sign.
There’s the count. Make of it what you will.

None in our neighborhood. Very unusable as last election there was a mulitiude of Obama and a rare Romney sign.
