michael signer is the left wing Mayor of Charlottesville, North Carolina.
And guess who he blames for Saturday’s deadly violence in the city he is responsible for – deadly violence he did NOTHING to prevent?
Not too hard to figure this one out, is it?

The mayor of Charlottesville, Va., says President Trump bears responsibility for the violence that erupted during a white supremacist rally there Saturday.
“Look at the campaign he ran,” Charlottesville Mayor Michael Signer said in an interview with CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday. “I mean, look at the intentional courting, both on the one hand of all these white supremacists, white nationalists — a group like that — anti-Semitic groups, and then look on the other hand the repeated failure to step up, condemn, denounce, silence, you know, put to bed all those different efforts, just like we saw yesterday. I mean, this is not hard.”
“I’m not going to make any bones about it,” Signer told the Virginian-Pilot. “I place the blame for a lot of what you’re seeing in American today right at the doorstep of the White House and the people around the president.”
What a lying fraud this “man” is.
He KNEW the White supremacists and neo-nazis (if there is any difference between them) were marching. He KNEW they had a legal permit – one which he tried, unsuccessfully to quash. And he KNEW that the violent left “antifa” thugs would be there.
So what measures did signer take to keep the two groups apart from one another? None.
What did signer do to prevent the inevitable violence when they confronted each other? Nothing.
What decisive actions did he instruct his police department to take once the inevitable violence started? None. In fact, he clearly ordered them to stand down and let it happen.
And this disgrace on legs is now blaming Donald Trump?
It would be astonishing if it weren’t so predictable.
And the fact that mainstream media – very much including the yahoo.com article reference above – have not come down on signer like a ton of bricks falls into exactly the same category: astonishing if it weren’t so predictable.
But these same people bristle with indignation when they’re called biased, don’t they?
Anyone still wondering why, as low as Donald Trump’s favorability numbers are, media’s are far lower?
I didn’t think so.
One last thing: if you use the link I’ve provided and read the yahoo.com article, be sure to also look at some of the huge number of reader comments (almost 13,000 as I write this).
In doing so, please be aware that, at least based on my occasional reading of them, yahoo commenters usually tend to mirror the website’s lean-left bias.
I think you’ll be more than a little surprised.
