Until now we only knew that Michael Brown, who was shot and killed in Ferguson, Missouri by Officer Darren Wilson, had marijuana in his system, but we didn\’t know how much.
Now we know.
The Saint Louis Post-Dispatch has acquired the toxicology report on Brown\’s body. And he had 12 nanograms per milliliter of blood.
What does that mean?
Well, in Colorado, where recreational use of marijuana has become legal, the legal limit for drivers is 5 nanograms per milliliter. Therefore 12 nanograms would be about two a half times above the legal maximum.
Add that to the fact that his autopsy supports Officer Wilson\’s version of what happened that August 9th afternoon, and make your own judgments.
