Yesterday, speaking at a press conference about New York City’s startling (+90%) rise in anti-Semitic hate crimes, Mayor Bill De Blasio told us the following:
“I think the ideological movement that is anti-Semitic is the right-wing movement.
“I want to be very, very clear, the violent threat, the threat that is ideological is very much from the right.”
Yes, as we all know, New York City is a hotbed of right wing activity.
And Democrats, the party of ilhan omar, and rashida tlaib, the party whose support for Israel, according to the latest Gallup poll, currently stands at all of 43% (versus 76% among Republicans) remain stalwart supporters of Jews and the Jewish state. Not like those damnable right wingers.
The title of this blog asks whether Bill De Blasio is delusional or a liar.
Maybe he’s both.
