The following claim comes to us from a jail in Virginia. It was made by Marcel Lehel Lazar, a Rumanian national, who operated under the name “Guccifer”, and was extradited to stand trial in the United States for, among other things, hacking into email servers…one of which, he claims, was Hillary Clinton’s.
During an interview with Fox News, Lazar was asked how easy or hard it was to do so. His answer:
“For me, it was easy … easy for me, for everybody.”
Is Lazar/Guccifer telling the truth? Was it easy to hack into Ms. Clinton’s email server – not just for him but for “everybody”?
Why wouldn’t it have been? Hillary Clinton spent four years as Secretary of State using a PERSONAL SERVER, not protected by any government security. Why wouldn’t it have been as easy to hack into her email server as any other private citizen’s?
In my opinion, “Guccifer” is not telling us anything new or surprising. His claim is just plain common sense.
But here is how the Clinton campaign – desperate for this claim to die as quickly as possible, has responded:
“There is absolutely no basis to believe the claims made by this criminal from his prison cell. In addition to the fact he offers no proof to support his claims, his descriptions of Secretary Clinton’s server are inaccurate. It is unfathomable that he would have gained access to her emails and not leaked them the way he did to his other victims.”
No basis to believe a hacker could get into a personal server? You can stop right there. The statement is ridiculous on its face.
Hillary Clinton and her people are lying to us. Again. As she and they have, continuously, about the email scandal…and as she, and they have, continuously about so many other things as well.
Voters take notice. Please.
