Infrastructure. Roads, water systems, sewer systems, electricity, etc. All imperatives for day to day living…
…and all virtually decimated because most of the massive funding handed to Palestinian Arabs in Judea/Samaria (the west bank) and Gaza is either funneled into the bank accounts of corrupt leaders (arafat died a billionaire) or used for weaponry to make good on the specifically-stated goal of hamas (and fatah, via its “unity agreement” with hamas) to kill every Jew, in and out of Israel.
But it is nice to see that at least some of the money is being used for infrastructure. And here’s proof:

How nice to see such a showcase for the people. How happy they will be to look upon it, as they forage for clean water.
And how wonderful of our media to report this kind of news so the people will know what is really going on….oh, wait.
