Yesterday a Democrat-appointed judge ruled that the tariffs President Trump has imposed are illegal. Boom, no more tariffs, right?
Wrong.
Today an appeals court reversed this decision “until further notice” (a litigation will start on June 9).
Boom, tariffs are back, exactly as they had been.
Not even a nice try Trump-haters.
