My congratulations to White House National Security adviser Susan Rice. Unaccustomed as I am to saying this, we actually agree on something.
From Megan R. Wilson\’s article at thehill.com:
White House National Security Advisor Susan Rice says other countries “haven\’t done enough” to help stop the deadly disease Ebola from spreading.
“We are pushing very hard for everybody to do more. This is going to take all hands on deck,” she told NBC\’s Chuck Todd, in an interview set to air Sunday on “Meet the Press”.
You can say that again, Ms. Rice; I could not agree more.
But I have a question:
If the countries where ebola is most prevalent are not doing all they should to prevent the spread of this deadly virus…
…why, in God\’s name, are we allowing free access from those countries to air travelers flying in and out of the United States?
Does your administration want ebola to come here and spread like wildfire, the way it has in West Africa?
An answer please, Ms. Rice — since, I assure you, people all over the country want to hear one.
Waiting….
…but if you tell me that it has something to do with an obscure video, don\’t bother.
