From Fox News (but, based on the first five full pages from google, not NBC, CBS, or ABC ) we have this:
A group of students at a Central Florida high school walked out of class Friday as part of a protest in support of the Second Amendment.
Some of the students who participated in the walkout at Rockledge High School told WFTV that when the movement to honor the victims and survivors of the shooting in Parkland became political, they felt silenced.
“I’m pro-Second Amendment,” Rockledge junior and protest organizer Anna Delaney told the station. “I wouldn’t mind deeper background checks, of course, but the Second Amendment will not be infringed upon.”
About 75 students participated in Friday’s walkout at Rockledge, Florida Todayreported. The protest lasted 20 minutes.
Does this mean students across America support them? No, of course not. And the leftist, instant-organize crowd certainly won’t be helping them along.
But it does illustrate that not every student wants one side “hogging” the spotlight.
Too bad most people will never know it happened, any more than they know about the students at Marjorie Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland who are in agreement.
It’s so much easier to win the game when the referee is rooting for your side…
