I’m currently sitting in my doctor’s office, waiting to take a stress test – which, as a married man, seems something of a redundancy… an observation the two gentlemen waiting along with me for their stress tests both ruefully nodded agreement with when I said it out loud.
But in the few minutes I have before it begins, I want to note that Bernie Sanders won two of the three Democrat primary States yesterday – Utah and Idaho – both of which determine the candidate by caucuses rather than popular vote. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote primary in Arizona.
For Republicans, Donald Trump won Arizona, and Ted Cruz won Utah.
No surprises there, other than the surprise some Democrats – especially Hillary Clinton supporters – may have that Bernie Sanders is still in the race.
By now I would like to think that even the most committed Democrats realize what a weak candidate Ms. Clinton is,,,
…and how lucky they would be to have an even weaker candidate on the Republican side.
