boko haram is, and has been since its creation, a terrorist group which uses Islam as the basis to kill people who do not subscribe to its views, and raises money by kidnapping young girls who are then sold as wives, slaves, whatever.
So when Hillary Clinton was Secretary Of State, she saw this murderous group, which treated women as something less than fecal matter, and moved heaven and earth to put boko haram on the State Department\’s list of terrorist organizations, right?
Wrong.

TheState Department under Hillary Clinton fought hard against placingthe al Qaeda-linked militant group Boko Haram on its official list offoreign terrorist organizations for two years. And now, lawmakers andformer U.S. officials are saying that the decision may have hamperedthe American government\’s ability to confront the Nigerian groupthat shocked the world by abducting hundreds of innocent girls.
OnWednesday, Clinton said that the abduction of the girls by BokoHaram was “abominable, it\’s criminal, it\’s an act of terrorismand it really merits the fullest response possible, first andforemost from the government of Nigeria.”
WhatClinton didn\’t mention was that her own State Department refused toplace Boko Haram on the list of foreign terrorist organizations in2011, after the group bombed the U.N. headquarters in Abuja. Therefusal came despite the urging of the Justice Department, the FBI,the CIA, and over a dozen senators and congressmen.
“Theone thing she could have done, the one tool she had at her disposal,she didn\’t use. And nobody can say she wasn\’t urged to do it.It\’s gross hypocrisy,” said a former senior U.S. official who wasinvolved in the debate. “The FBI, the CIA, and the JusticeDepartment really wanted Boko Haram designated, they wanted theauthorities that would provide to go after them, and they voiced thatrepeatedly to elected officials.”
Unbelievable? No, Hillary Clinton – the same Hillary Clinton who couldn\’t figure out that our facility in Benghazi Libya – a lawless, terrorist-infested country – should have been on high alert when 9/11 rolled around.
They all knew it was a terrorist organization. They all begged her to designate it as such. But, for two years, she fought them tooth and nail.
WHY?
And what would her answer be? To give her best exasperation-look pound her hand on a table and say “What difference, at this point, does it make”? If she could do it once – and get plaudits from her Accomplice Media in the process – why not twice?
I have often said that Hillary Clinton\’s single greatest accomplishment as Secretary of State was the Benghazi massacre. But now that I am aware of the fact that she literally acted as an advocate for boko haram – a group which, without her “help”, might not have been able to engage in the kidnapping and killing spree it has unleashed in the past month (hundreds of girls kidnapped, hundreds of villagers killed in gruesome fashion) – I\’m not so sure.
And this is who Democrats tout as the next President of the United States? Are they out of their minds?
