As you may be aware, the Bundy family, in Clark County Nevada, is being set upon by Bureau of Land Management (BLM) enforcers, because their cattle has, for many years, been grazing on land that is supposed to be protected on behalf of the Desert Tortoise, which can be found there.
This looks very much like a lie. A fraud. A complete deception being perpetrated to free up this land for others and the uses they plan for it; others with far more power and reach than the Bundy family.
Part I of this story is to show how fraudulent the basis for disallowing cattle there actually is.

Incidentally, on the Hannity show last night, it was pointed out that the Desert Tortoise is now in such plentiful supply that its numbers are actually being thinned out. That\’s right, they are killing the tortoises which are supposedly in so much danger that they must be saved.
