Central Park School for Children in Durham, North Carolinahas enrolled grade-school students in a “Black Lives March and Rally” scheduledfor March 17, 2016. The teachers can opt-in or opt-out their classes, butparents have not been given a choice.
Stef Bernal-Martinez, a teacher of 6-year-old children, signed up all the children in her class for a “Black Lives March and Rally” totake place during the school day, at the city\’s downtown Central Park andFarmer\’s Market. Ms. Bernal-Martinez describes herself as a “Radical QueerProgressive Educator” and “white-passing Xicana.” (NOTE: “xicana” is a radical left term for a Mexican woman).
The event, like the Black Lives Matter movement itself, isless a spontaneous protest movement than a divide-and-conquer campaignby elite leftists. Two out of three African-Americans prefer the phrase “All Lives Matter” to “Black Lives Matter” according to a nationalAugust, 2015 Rasmussen poll. The grade school is predominantly Caucasian, butrun by radical leftists. Naturally the school didn\’t send the parents consentforms.
The school\’s K-4 Associate Director, Raenel Duncan-Edmonds,brags the school is training “activists.”
