Iran has no fear of us. It is laughing at us.
It is laughing at how pathetic we are. It is laughing at how there is nothing to fear from us as long as this President is in power.
I\’m surprised khamenei didn\’t ask for more concessions to get our ships back (they may already have been returned, but only at the pleasure of Iran; not because it had any fear at all of our taking action to retrieve them – which means Iran could have held the ships and their crews indefinitely).
What ship(s) will Iran expropriate next? How long will it hold them? The answer seems to be whichever ship(s) it damn well cares to, and however long it damn well wants to.
The sooner we have a President who terrorist scum like the leadership of Iran fears instead of laughs at, the better off we will be.

UPDATE: No, as of midway through President Obama\’s State of the Union speech – the one where he, apparently is not going to mention this incident – the ships have not been returned, nor have our sellers.
