THE QUESTIONS THEY WON\’T ASK OF DEMOCRATS

Ken Berwitz

Politico.com is featuring an article by Nick Gass, about the first political poll released in 2016.  One of its findings is that Donald Trump overwhelms every other Republican opponent……among registered Republicans and Republican leaners.  The poll also shows Hillary Clinton with a large lead over Bernard Sanders.

I\’ve provided the link, and encourage you to read Mr. Gass\’s entire piece to draw your own conclusions.

Here are two of mine, in the form of questions:

1) If Trump\’s frontal attack on Hillary Clinton\’s use of husband Bill, because she is running an “I am woman” campaign but was happy to enable Hubby Bubba\’s frequent sexual forays – consensual and non-consensual – with other women, is so unfair, why isn\’t it hurting him?  Not only is Trump undamaged by that line of attack, the polling data suggest it is helping him.

2) Why is it that – again, as always seems to be the case – a study is conducted asking about Trump\’s popularity among Republicans (who can then be classified as mouth-breathing neanderthals for supporting someone like him), but Democrats are not asked whether they would give trump their vote?  What is politico.com afraid of?  Do the people there avoid asking out of fear over what they might find out?  Or, is it that they did ask the question and did generate the information, but don\’t want to tell us what it is?

Those, in my opinion, are damn good questions.  I would love someone with the ear of people at the media venues which commission these polls, to give us their answers – especially to the second one.

Why won\’t they ask about Democrat support for Trump?
