ayanna pressley, a proud member of “The Squad”, which seems to have largely taken over the Democrat Party, has joined her compatriots in condemning Texas’s attempt at redistricting its congressional districts/”gerrymandering” them so that Republicans will most likely win more seats.
With that in mind, I thought you might want to see the district Ms. Pressley wins elections in: Massachusetts’ 7th:
Does that look logical to you? Symmetrical?
Or does it look obviously “gerrymandered”…i.e. artificially concocted to insure a particular political party will win every time. In other words, just like what ayanna pressley and her pals are accusing Texas of doing. And she is far from the only Democrat protester who enjoys a similarly concocted district.
Now, add in the fact, as noted in a previous blog, that pressley’s district is far from unique in Massachusetts – where its congressional districts are created in a way that no Republican has won a House of Representatives election there in almost 30 years. Not one. A complete schneid.
So, tell us again, aryanna, how awful “gerrymandering” is….
