I doubt you’ll be surprised that there are more liberal/left guests than conservative/right on “The View” and network late night shows.
But did you know it was a virtual shutout?

ABC’s “The View” came under fire as a partisan echo chamber after a study revealed the show had featured 102 left-leaning guests and zero conservatives so far in 2025.
“It’s an insane asylum now,” Fox News contributor Guy Benson told “Fox & Friends.”
The Fox News Radio host dug into the notoriously anti-Trump show that was the subject of a study from Media Research Center’s NewsBusters. The group analyzed every episode from January 6, when the program returned from a winter hiatus, through July 25, and found that it failed to book a single conservative guest to discuss politics.

For the men of the late night comedy talk shows, the first half of 2025 was an instance of history repeating itself. According to a NewsBusters study, 99 percent of their political guests were on the left, matching the result for the last six months of 2024.
The grand totals were 106 liberals and Democrats compared to one conservative.
The study looked at the five daily late night comedy shows: ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live!, NBC’s Late Night with Seth Meyers and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, CBS’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and Comedy Central’s The Daily Show from January 6 through June 30.
NewsBusters has been tracking late night comedy guest counts since September 2022, and the cumulative total now stands at 511 liberals and Democrats versus 14 conservatives and Republicans, or 97 percent.
Do these shows have a right to put on anyone they care to?
The answer, of course, is yes they do.
But does the fact that there is a virtual shutout of anyone on the conservative side – for the FOUR YEARS Newsbusters has been tracking this (and probably years and years more beforehand) tell you that these shows – with the approval of their networks – are absolutely, unequivocally biased in one direction…and that it is the same direction – leftward – in all cases?
The answer, of course, is yes it does.
But, in the interests of fairness, here is a list of all the shows they put on that primaril feature conservatives:
