Is he a hopelessly egomaniacal blowhard who does really mean this stuff when he says it?
Is he just a master artist of the deal who says things as imbecilic as the US taking over Greenland and/or making Canada our 51st state and/or taking control of Gaza while repopulating its residents elsewhere (not in Trump Towers, I’m betting) to get a serious dialogue started?
Whichever of these it is – or some fourth I’m not thinking of – I wish with every fiber of my being he would just shut the hell up and stop sounding like an idiot..if, in the world of Trump, that is at all possible.
Because if he doesn’t no one will – or can – take him seriously. Not even when he is behaving rationally.
