As we have seen time and time again, hate crimes – many of them on college campuses – turn out to be hoaxes, perpetrated by people who, for racial and/or political purposes, want to fool us into thinking they are real.
With a major tip of my imaginary hat to Steven Hayward at powerlineblog.com, I would like to advise you that there is a web site performing the invaluable service of compiling these hoaxes, complete with links that show them for what they are.
The site is FakeHateCrimes.org. I strongly urge you to click on it and see for yourself.
My thanks to the people who are compiling these hoaxes. Congratulations on joining the growing list of blogosphere venues which put our supposedly neutral mainstream media to shame..by doing nothing other than reporting the news.
