PINO (President In Name Only) Joe Biden has, today, unilaterally declared that 3/4 of the states ratified the ERA (Equal Rights Amendment) – a simply worded statement which, due to its lack of any specificity, would open a major pandora’s box of litigation – and it is now the law of the land.

I’ll make this very simple. It isn’t. And what he said was absolute, unadulterated dementia on parade.
Here are the facts:
-The ERA was introduced in 1972. Congress, fully within its constitutional rights, gave it a 7 year time limit to be ratified by 3/4 of the states and become an amendment.
-It did not meet the 7 year deadline. So congress extended the deadline for another three years, until 1982.
-After those three years elapsed it still did not meet the extended deadline.
-Therefore, in order for the ERA to pass, the entire process would have had to be restarted from scratch. States would have to convene their legislatures and vote on it again.
But Joe Biden – clearly not in control of his faculties anymore – has, today, screamed out at us (yes, he was screaming) that the 38th state ratified the ERA two years ago (if so, why didn’t he declare it then?) and it is now the 28th amendment to the constitution…despite the deadline for ratification having expired 43 YEARS AGO.
Can Biden really be this far gone? If so, he was more qualified as a candidate for the nearest psychiatric facility than for another four years as President.
And this dementia case still is in charge of the armed forces and the nuclear codes for another three days.
