You can\’t make this stuff up.
In an effort to demonize Republican presidential candidates, the Democratic National Committee has put out an ad that…..demonstrates the Republicans they are quoting – all of them – understand perfectly. And therefore, by implication, Democrats do not.
Here is the ad:
A few notes for the DNC (which, let us never forget, is chaired by that paradigm of enlightenment, Debbie Wasserman Schultz):
-Are we at war with radical islam? YES. That is who we are at war with.-Is saying that we are at war with radical islam the same as equating Islam, all Muslims, with terrorism? NO, it is not. It is singling out radical Islam.-Was President Bush – whom Democrats hate, and to this day blame for President Obama\’s failures – right when he said that we do not fight against Islam, we fight against evil? YES. And that very much includes radical islamic people who use Islam as their justification for evil.
Why would the DNC put out such an ignorant, stupid ad? I have to believe it is because Ms. Wasserman Schultz and her pals assume that ignorant voters, the lowest-of-low information crowd, will see attacks which specifically single out radical islam asattacks on all Islam. Which they are not.
Their cynicism, their disdain for voters\’ intelligence levels, is breathtaking.
