Something stinks at the University of Missouri. A reportedincident of vandalism at Mizzou sparked university-wide protests, a boycott bythe school\’s 4-5 football team, and eventually the resignation of theuniversity\’s president and chancellor.
There\’s only one problem: no evidence of the allegedincident, in which a poop swastika on the wall of a dormitory restroom wasreported, has ever been made publicly available. Did this incident occur asreported, or was it an immaculate defecation that formed the foundation of anunimaginable deception?
According to Billy Donley, the president of Mizzou\’sResidence Halls Association (RHA), the poop swastika was reported atapproximately 2:00 a.m. on October 24, 2015.
“On Saturday, October 24th, at 2:00am an individual cameinto one of the restrooms in Gateway Hall and drew a swastika on the wall withtheir own feces,” Donley wrote in a letter several days after the allegedincident. “This event happened while many students, including myself, werealready asleep.”
Later in his letter, Donley noted that he only found outabout the alleged vandalism incident “via a flyer posted on the walls” of thedorm.
Frankie Minor, the director of residential life at Mizzou, did not respond to repeated requests for comment on whether he personally sawthe poop swastika or any photographic evidence of it.
The Federalist also attempted to contact Christian Basi, theassociate director of the University of Missouri News Bureau, who previouslytold the Columbia Missourian on Oct. 30 that the incident had been immediately reportedto Mizzou police. Basi did not respond to requests for comment prior to thepublication of this article.
Calls to the University of Missouri Police Department, whichresponded to and investigated the alleged poop swastika incident, also failedto yield any evidence of the poopstika.
-If Mr. Davis\’s article is accurate, the only visual proof this ever happened is a picture that was taken long beforehand. Therefore there is no visual proof at all;-No one can seem to be found who claims to have seen this with his or her own eyes. And the school officials who have fallen all over themselves to acquiesce to the academic brownshirts now running the University of Missouri are not offering even a smidgen of proof.-Hey, maybe, as brownshirt types, their complaint is not the swastika, but the fact that, since it was made of poop it, er, “smears” their political mentors.
