The title of this blog is also the title of Duane Patterson’s article at hotair.com.
I am not posting anything but the above link address. That is because it is necessary that you not just skim through the excerpts I would have shown you, but look at the many examples of why Mr. Patterson has come to this conclusion.
Until the mid-1960’s most Black people voted Republican – with good reason. But, without going into details (that’s for another blog) things changed. And Black voters had compelling reasons to change accordingly, which they did. They switched, en masse, to the Democrat Party.
But that was 60 or so years ago. Things have continued to change. But not in the same direction. Now, Black voters, along with Latino voters, are finding reasons to break free of the Democrat Party, becoming either independents or Republicans.
And, as vividly shown in the article referenced above, equally compelling reasons are now solidly in place for Jews – who have been heavily Democrat as long as I can remember – to do the same.
I wonder how many will…
…and how many will ignore these reasons and remain subserviently loyal to a party which, increasingly, tolerates blatant anti-Semitism.
I guess we’ll find out in November.
