As I write this, 19 current Democrat members of congress, and two dozen former members, and a growing number of political strategists/pundits, are telling Joe Biden to end his re-election campaign.
But that is the tip of the iceberg.

President Biden beat back the initial public campaign by Democrats to oust him from the party’s presidential ticket, swiftly and decisively. But very-connected Democrats, mostly veterans of the Obama and Clinton administrations, are plotting hourly to get him to withdraw quickly.
If this article (which I urge you to read in its entirety) is accurate, there really is an extensive number of such “very-connected Democrats, mostly veterans of the Obama and Clinton administrations”.
This is a civil war. An all-out civil war. And there is no realistic way it can continue this way for very much longer.
