Edward Jacob Lang
Photos and social media posts show Lang was present at the Capitol on Jan. 6th, documenting his experiences.
Witness Phillip Andersen said Jake Lang called on others in the outdoor archway to push police away from the crowd with fallen shields after they began hurting people. Lang said he witnessed a woman being killed by police and claims he was shot in the foot.
Please keep in mind that in the United States, every citizen charged with a crime is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Case Status
Lang was arrested on 1/16/21. He plead not guilty to all counts of the Indictment on 2/9. Lang was offered a plea deal, which would have granted him 9 years in prison. He refused.
This man has been incarcerated, without bail and without trial, for well over three years. At least some of that time, as detailed in Jim Hoft’s article at thegatewaypundit.com, has been in solitary confinement.
And he is far from the only political prisoner (what would YOU call someone held this way for this long?) taken that day and held exactly the same way – just like prisoners are taken and held in places like Venezuela, Cuba or Iran.
What country are we living in? Because this is not the United States. Things like this do not happen here…or, at any rate, they didn’t happen until Joe Biden and Democrats took over.
One last point, in the form of a question: when was the last time you heard a thing about this mass horror show on one of the major networks – i.e. CBS, ABC or NBC? When did you read about it in the New York Times? Washington Post? Los Angeles Times, etc. etc. etc. ad infinitum ad nauseam?
If you think you get the news – the entire news as opposed by what they do and do not select for you to know – from these venues, you are living in a dream world.
