“I’m counting on the border action happening by itself, them passing it.”
That’s it. That’s Joe Biden’s border strategy. That was his verbatim response, yesterday, when asked by reporters whether he would take executive action to stop illegals from entering our country.
In other words, the Biden policy (or, more exactly, his recital of his puppeteers’ border policy) is to do nothing – despite his immediate use of executive orders to create this crisis by undoing every safeguard put in place by President Trump, and his 100% capability to reverse every one of those executive orders/put the safeguards right back in place.
Instead, he tells us that he will do nothing but wait for congress to pass a “bipartisan” bill – one that would allow up to 1.8 illegals to come into the country, but would be better than the far higher amount he is letting in now (which is the only reason for anyone serious about the border to sign on).
Let me put this in simple-to-understand terms. If you were asked whether you wanted to walk through a pile of mud or a pile of dog waste, you’d probably pick mud. That does not mean walking through a pile of mud is desirable, only that an awful choice is preferable to an even worse one.
Think of the “bipartisan” bill as the mud pile; a mud pile which does not resolve this issue for anyone but Democrats, since it would allow them to continue loading the country with illegals – no doubt appreciative to Democrats for getting in – who will then be given the right to vote ASAP. Get the picture?
That is what is going on here. And Biden/Democrats in general are counting on us to be too stupid to see it.
I wish they weren’t right about so many of us.
