I was reading an article about the current war between Israel and hamas, and about the claim that Israel usurped the “Palestinian State” from “The Palestinians” (as if a “Palestinian State” ever existed, and as if “The Palestinians” were some historic Arab tribe, instead of an invented people, created by yasir arafat and his pals in the 1960’s).
In the comments section I came across a response from someone using the screen name “Robert Smith”, which detailed the actual history of this land.
Since I have written about this history many times, but not with the amount of detail Mr. Smith offers, I thought it should be posted here to remind readers of just how bogus the “Palestinian land” claim really is.
This is what Mr. Smith wrote:

20. Actually, in this piece of land, there has been everything, EXCEPT A PALESTINIAN STATE.
Yes, that is the actual history. Never has there been a Palestinian state. A country called Palestine. Or a specific Arab group called Palestinians.
Therefore, the people you see on TV, waving their “palestinian” flags and spouting off about “Palestinian land” – very much including the benighted ignoramuses from so many of our colleges and universities who have been turned into the Jew/Israel haters’ useful idiots – are making absolute fools of themselves.
