Is David Weiss, the “Special Counsel” supposedly investigating hunter biden and holding him to account for his actions – the guy who allowed the key charges against Biden to lapse outside the statute of limitations and then tried to get the rest of them adjudicated for a couple of misdemeanor charges – up to his tricks again?
biden, just last week, said he was happy to testify, in public before a congressional committee, to prove his innocence. That was very impressive and, understandably, got a great deal of media coverage.
But now that Weiss, just one week later, has indicted biden for not paying taxes in California, biden can “plead the fifth” because there is an ongoing criminal case in progress.
What fortuitous timing.
I don’t trust Weiss as far as I can throw him. And I trust hunter – and Joe – biden even less.
It is hard not so notice how bad this stinks. And, given David Weiss’s sorry track record so far, it is just as hard not to conclude his antics are a) intentional and b) he is not finished with them yet.
Put another way, the Biden criminal family has a true, blue friend in David Weiss.
