How godawful is President Biden’s policy of providing Iran with the money it needs to continue fomenting terrorism around the world – with a specific emphasis on destroying The United States and Israel?
Godawful enough that now, albeit belatedly (but late is better than never), Democrats are joining Republicans to prevent it.

President Biden is facing a humiliating foreign policy setback as $6 billion he used to leverage the release of five imprisoned Americans from Iran could be frozen.
Lawmakers including members of Biden’s own party voted on Thursday to approve a bill that would permanently freeze the funds, which were unfrozen by the White House in September as part of a controversial deal.
The bill, named the No Funds for Iranian Terrorism Act, passed in a 307 to 119 vote – which was approved by almost every Republican and 90 Democrats.
Hey! That’s not supposed to happen. Democrats are supposed to band together and do what they can to stop Republicans from achieving any victory in congress.
But with 90 Democrats – that’s over 40% of them – joining Republicans and voting to freeze those funds, thereby, telling Joe Biden what he can do with his “I’ll make sure Iran gets every penny I can give it” policy since taking office, that seems to have changed decisively.
This bill still faces a senate vote. But with over 40% of house Democrats voting to kill the unfreezing of funds to Iran, it is not hard to imagine that at least a few Senators will do the same.
And what will Biden do then? Veto? Tell the world that, despite the congress’s vote, he stands squarely with Iran – the country whose citizens are sent to march in the street chanting “Death to America! Death to Israel!”? The country whose proxies, right now, are busy launching attacks on United States military targets in the middle east?
I would say this could get real interesting real fast…but I won’t because it already is real interesting. At least to me, and maybe to you….
…but, apparently, not to our networks. I just googled “house votes to freeze $6 billion to Iran”, and nothing on the first two pages from NBC. Or ABC. Or NBC. Or CNN. Or MSNBC.
I guess freezing funds to Iran is not important enough. Not when you have much more significant news to cover, like former President’s trial in New York, over “fraud” – which a left-wing judge, without a jury, found Trump “guilty” of despite the fact that there are no complainants and no one says they were defrauded out of anything.
Anyone still wondering why fewer and fewer people trust mainstream media?
