A QUICK QUESTION ABOUT ASSIGNING BLAME FOR CIVILIAN CASUALTIES IN GAZA

If hamas attacked Israel, slaughtering 1,200 – 1,400 civilians – which was 100% certain to generate a major military response…

…and Gazan military assets are intentionally placed near the few civilian assets Gaza provides its population (e.g. the misfired rocket that hit a hospital’s parking lot – not the hospital itself – which was launched from right next to it)…

…and Israel, unlike any other country in world history, publicly warns Gazan civilians of where and when they are going to strike, thus giving them an opportunity to evacuate – thus also telling hamas of its targets ahead of time/enabling its fighters to prepare…

…and hamas actively – violently – prevents civilians from leaving those areas…

…then who is to blame when Gazan civilians are injured and killed?

It would be nice if some of our mainstream media – and some of the college/university students who, along with their street-performer counterparts, are marching against Israel like so many trained seals – would give these realities a minute or two of thought.  It seems evident that thinking about them would be a refreshing change from their current “scream out the slogans they fed me and feel superior” status.
