Today’s quote comes to us from former Iranian ambassador to Mexico and Australia, mohammad-hassan ghadiri-abyaneh.
While being interviewed on Iran TV, ghadiri-abvaneh was asked – as if this were a serious question – whether Jews bake cakes with the blood of Muslim children. Here is his answer:
“Yes, they have a holiday called ‘Purim.’ At the time of King Xerxes, they killed over 70,000 people who did not like Jews. Since then, they celebrate the killing of those Iranians, and so on.
“The [Jews] are very evil. I don’t think that even animals are like them. Some animals walk away after they eat their fill. They do not bother you, if you do not bother them. The [Jews] are not like that.
“Killing people is part of their nature. They drink the blood of Muslim children, especially Palestinians.”
FYI: Purim celebrates the saving of Persian Jews from being annihilated about 500 years before the Christian era. When I experienced Purim celebrations growing up, I don’t recall any blood-soaked cakes being served. That’s probably because there weren’t any, and this ridiculous, hate-filled clown is a lying sack of camel dung.
But if you are an Iranian, who gets no perspective from available media but people like ghadiri-abyaneh, you might believe it. Hey, no one on TV is saying otherwise so it must be true, right?
I award mohammad-hassan ghadiri-abyaneh Quote Of The Day “honors” for providing his insight into how the government-controlled “media” manipulate/brainwash the Iranian people.
And I lament the fact that, in our free country, a great many mainstream media are so compromised, so tilted toward one side (almost always the Democrat/left), that they operate this way without being forced to.
