Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is the Democrat candidate opposing what is left of Joe Biden for the 2024 presidential nomination.
RFK Jr. is also the presidential candidate who the Biden administration’s Homeland Security Secretary, alejandro mayorkas – a despicable liar who stands in front of us and tells us the southern border is secure – has refused to provide Secret Service protection for.
Well, yesterday, when RFK Jr. attended a Spanish History Month event in Los Angeles, he apparently was the object of an assassination attempt – one that was thwarted only due to the alertness of private security he had to provide in the absence of any Secret Service protection.
Here is what RFK Jr. had to say after the alleged assassin was captured and detained:
“I’m very grateful that alert and fast-acting protectors from Gavin de Becker and Associates (GDBA) spotted and detained an armed man who attempted to approach me at my Hispanic Heritage speech at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles tonight.
The man, wearing two shoulder holsters with loaded pistols and spare ammunition magazines was carrying a U.S. Marshal badge on a lanyard and beltclip federal ID.
He identified himself as a member of my security detail.
Armed GDBA team members moved quickly to isolate and detain the man until LAPD arrived to make the arrest. I’m also grateful to LAPD for its rapid response.”
Got that?
Robert F. Kennedy Jr., whose father and uncle were both assassinated, was refused Secret Service protection. And, as a result, had it not been for the alertness of the people he had to hire because Biden & Co. refused to protect him, Mr. Kennedy might well be in a morgue this morning…
…and Joe Biden would no longer have a serious contender to deal with.
What a coincidence.
In July, I wrote a blog excoriating mayorkas for disallowing RFK Jr. Secret Service protection.
At that time, I wrote the following:
So our Secretary of Homeland Security, alejandro mayorkas – the one who looks us in the eye and lies to us that the southern border is secure – will not provide secret service protection to a political opponent of the guy who appointed him.
And the guy he is refusing to protect is a political opponent who, apart from being a viable presidential candidate, has endured both his uncle – the President of the United States, and his father – the Attorney General who was running for president at the time, just like he is.
What is mayorkas rooting for? Hoping will happen? And, if it does, will he have actively abetted?
In a real administration alejandro mayorkas would be fired. Today.
But in this puppeteered administration, he remains in good standing. And who is to say that his boss – be it Joe Biden or the puppeteers really running our country right now – isn’t supporting his decision all the way.
That assessment stands as written. And I am very, very thankful that a horrific possible result of the Biden administration’s decision to leave his opponent exposed did not take place.
NOW will Biden & mayorkas finally be shamed into providing RFK Jr. Secret Service protection? And will our so-called mainstream media demand that it is provided?
The sad reality is that, as things now stand, the answer to both questions is nothing more than a maybe.
