It may seem strange, but the consortium of Black activists and far left agitators who have been protesting for the past four months – first, over the death of Michael Brown and then over the death of Eric Garner – are now in the process of creating ku klux klan recruitment material.
It\’s not like they intend to do so. But they are creating them nonetheless.
Take just last night, for example:
–First we have New York. Just hours after the pathetic, insincere, too little-too late Mayor bill de blasio begs them to hold off on their street protests until after NYPD officers Liu and Ramos are in the ground, this bunch was on the march. And, as they have for months, they were marching without a permit, in the street rather than on the sidewalk, disrupting the lives of New Yorkers of all races and all beliefs.
Their signs were virtually all anti-police and virtually all racial in nature, despite the fact that there is no evidence that the events leading to Eric Garner\’s death in Staten Island had any racial component at all. But that did not stop them from chanting “NYPD KKK how many kids did you kill today” as they marched. Just the right words to incite, inflame and otherwise encourage another ismaayil brinsley to take out another police officer or two…which, it is clear, would not trouble the protesters one bit.
–Then there is Saint Louis. Yesterday, at a gas station in the suburb of Berkeley, just miles from Ferguson where Michael Brown was shot and killed, a Black 18 year old named Antonio Martin was shot to death by a
Whitepolice officer (NOTE: let me amend: the officer may be White but I am not 100% certain). In next to no time, a crowd of protesters had gathered, screaming at the police. A scuffle broke out. Arrests were made.Police claim that when an officer got out of his patrol car, Martin pointed a gun at him. The CNN report shows the gas station\’s surveillance tape, which clearly seems to back up the police\’s verion of events.
None of this dissuaded the crowd, though. Who cares if the officer acted in self-defense and might have been shot himself if he didn\’t? A Black kid is dead and, since it can\’t be because of anything he did, it must be someone else\’s fault.
Not surprisingly, there is plenty of video showing each of these two events.
So what does this do for the kkk, and other groups like it? How does this translate into recruitment material for them?
Well, what do you think a kkk member would be saying about what happened last night?
-For New York, they will be saying, using racial descriptions I decline to post here, that: These people are making up a story about racism…just like they always do. They are ignoring the law…just like they always do. They are telling you, plain, that they don\’t give a damn if cops are killed – probably celebrate when it happens. Who is going to protect you from them? Obviously the cops won\’t, and obviously the politicians won\’t. Join us.
-For Saint Louis, using the same racial descriptions, they will be saying – These people are making up a story about racism…just like they always do. They are acting as judge and jury before they know the facts…..just like they always do. They are not going to give a damn that he pointed a gun at the cop and asked for what happened to him, all they care about is that he\’s Black and the White cop shot him. The politicians let these people riot, loot and burn down Ferguson, so they know they can do that any time they want. Next time it will be you. And your business, your family. Who is going to protect you from them? Obviously the cops won\’t, and obviously the politicians won\’t. Join us.
That\’s pretty powerful stuff.
So I congratulate the Black racial hustlers – as always, with a special shout-out to al sharpton, the king of them all – and the left wing haters. They are trying to accomplish something, and they are succeeding.
Too bad their accomplishment is the hardening of racial divisions, and an apparently compelling story that White racism, whatever it may have been in the past, is now a necessary protection from Black racism.
Way to go, guys. You certainly have made things better, haven\’t you?
