I assume you don\’t need me to tell you that the Taliban\’s cold-blooded murder of at least 125 schoolchildren in Peshawar, Pakistan (and don\’t be surprised if the count rises a lot more) is beyond horrific.
But I have a few questions about it.
Isn\’t this the same taliban that President Bush removed from power in Afghanistan, because it was a terrorist hellhole which welcomed osama bin laden and his training camps?
Isn\’t this the same taliban that President Bush kept out of power with a fraction of the troops that President Obama sent there?
Isn\’t it true that Bush accomplished this without ever putting more than about 30,000 troops in Afghanistan?
Isn\’t it true that President Obama raised that number to over 90,000, which resulted in nothing but a huge US casualty list? from doing so?
Isn\’t it true that Mr. Obama then started reducing our troop presence in Afghanistan – while bragging that he was bringing troops home that he himself put there in the first place, presumably hoping low-information voters would not realize as much?
And now, 6 years into the Obama administration, isn\’t it true that the taliban, and al-qaeda are stronger than ever….and ISIS, which didn\’t even exist during the Bush administration, is in control of so much of Iraq and Syria that it is a de facto country unto itself?
Just a couple more questions:
How is President Obama doing in the fight against Islamic terrorism?
How extensive are the left wing protests against President Obama\’s use of troops – and, for that matter, his extensive use of drones, which have killed hundreds of civilians along with the intended targets? As extensive as they were during the Bush administration? Do you recall seeing or hearing of any at all? How hypocritical does this make the left?
How are most mainstream media doing in reporting how President Obama\’s performance in the fight against Islamic terrorism? Are they as critical of President Obama as they were of President Bush? Anywhere near close, despite the fact that Mr. Bush got results Mr. Obama can only dream about, with far fewer troops and far fewer casualties?
And, finally: do they really still call themselves journalists? How come?

UPDATE: As of 11:30 the school\’s death count is up to 141. Don\’t expect it to stop there.
The one and only piece of good news: reports are that all of the murdering sub-human bastards who did this are dead as well.
