For whatever it\’s worth…
I don\’t know whether General car insurance is any good per se, or compared to other car insurance companies.
But after watching years of commercials with people I wouldn\’t insure for anything talking about how easy it was to get insurance there, followed by a cartoon-character “General” driving down the road while a gruff voice sings “For a great low rate you can get online, go to the General and save some time!”, my takeaway is that it is a sleazebag company.
Again, I don\’t know whether this is true. But I do know it is what is communicated to me.
