Apropos of nothing political….
Yesterday afternoon, I closed down our garden. Incredibly, there were almost 100 green cherry tomatoes and several full-sized ones still on the vine – which I removed and have inside, hoping they will ripen. And several basil plants are still ok (though that will end at first frost).
I don\’t remember our garden ever going anywhere near this long.
Ok, back to politics, where there are plenty of tomatoes, and most of them are overripe.
