From NBC, those wonderful folks who faked gas tank explosions in GM trucks and edited the George Zimmerman tape to make it sound like he made a racially prejudiced comment he never mad, we now have this – excerpted from Ken Shepherd\’s article at newsbusters.org:
“Anyonewho thought this was an offseason story that would go away once theseason started was incorrect. This [Redskins name] controversyis not going away,” concluded NBCSports.com writer Michael DavidSmith in a story filed this afternoon about a handful of protestersin Houston complaining about the visiting Washington NFL team\’smascot and logo.

These protestors claim “Redskins” is an offensive line? There aren\’t even enough of them to field an offensive line.
