ILHAN OMAR: FRAUD AND LIAR (ALONG WITH BEING AN ANTI-SEMITE)

With a major tip of my imaginary hat to Scott Johnson of powerlineblog.com, here is the link to his latest commentary, which details just how much of a fraud and liar Rep. ilhan omar (D-MN) is – along with being an Israel-hating, Jew-hating sack of manure.

And omar is not the only fraud involved here.  Johnson has, over the past months, detailed just how completely the Minneapolis Star Tribune – a former newspaper which now functions as a propaganda arm of the Democrat left – has subordinated any vestige of journalistic integrity to protect her.

Here is a key paragraph, which gives you a taste of how far this has gone and why Mr. Johnson is so outraged:

Assuming someone or other at the Star Tribune has an idea what is happening here — an assumption I know to be true — I have a few questions. Is anyone in your shop going to follow up with obvious questions including what other years Omar and husband number 1 — whom she didn’t legally marry until last year — filed jointly? Ask whether she ever filed a joint tax return with Elmi over the nine years she was married to him? Note that she appears to be living in a blizzard of lies involving a fraudulent marriage? Observe that the facts appear to make out related violations of state and federal law? And that Omar is the woman representing the congressional district in which the Star Tribune sits?

Did that draw your interest?  I hope so.  Because then you will read Mr. Johnson’s entire piece to find out about omar’s BS marriage of convenience to her biological brother and assorted other antics of this liar and fraud – who, as a woman, a leftist, an anti-Israel zealot and a muslim has apparently taken on untouchable status with the Star Tribune (and, let’s not forget, with the Democrat Party, of which she is a proud member).

I’ll finish by asking a question that is asked a lot in this blog:  if things were reversed – if this were a Republican conservative Christian who did exactly the same things – is there any doubt you’d have heard about it, early and often – not just in the Star Tribune but in the national news?

The answer to that question tells you a lot about where we are in this country today.
