YOUR LAST SLICE OF PI

For the mathematicians in the house:

Today is March 14, 1915:  3/14/15.

At 9:26 this morning it will be 3/14/15 9:26AM

Pi, the ratio of a circle’s circumference to its diameter, is 3.1415926

This means either the world will come to an end this morning,

or the world will come to an end tonight at 9:26 PM (even more likely, since “Pi” starts with a P),

or this is a mathematical oddity which happens once every century, and which none of us is at all likely to ever experience again.

If we are still pondering the possibilities at 9:27PM, we’ll have our answer.
