After dick durbin’s sickening display, Lindsey Graham was up for his five minutes. Instead of ceding them to the prosecutor, he took the opportunity to speak.
He went ballistic. And every word was exactly dead-on-target.
I will put up the transcript of his words as soon as I can get it. Or, far better, a video, because then you can see the anger and passion.
And I hope every word is emblazoned on everyone’s mind today, tomorrow and for a long time thereafter.

My favorite segment (and there’s lots and lots of competition)?
Graham: “This is the most unethical sham since I’ve been in politics. And if you really wanted to know the truth, you sure as hell wouldn’t have done what you’ve done to this guy.
“(Sarcastically asking Kavanaugh) Are you a gang rapist?”
Kavanaugh: “No.”
Graham: “I cannot imagine what you and your family have gone through. (To the Democrats) Boy y’all want power, boy I hope you never get it. I hope the American people can see through this sham. That you knew about it and you held it.
“You had no intention of protecting Dr. Ford. None! She’s as much of a victim as you (Kavanaugh) are.
God, I hate to say it because these have been my friends. But let me tell you, when it comes to this, you’re looking for a fair process? You came to the wrong town at the wrong time, my friend.”
Think about those words. Not only did Graham call the phony-baloney “why don’t you just agree to an FBI investigation….months after we knew about this but held it up so we could use this demand to further lengthen the process, maybe past the mid-term elections” fraud…
…but he, like every other Republican also deferred to christine blasey ford.
