I don’t want to canary President Trump’s overseas trip.
But if the second half is even close to being as successful as the first, it will be excellent…and will leave Barack Obama’s rancorous, tension-filled, non-productive trips in the dust.
I don’t care whether you like or dislike Donald Trump: between the agreements in Saudi Arabia and the obvious warmth between Trump and Netanyahu – along with peace overtures from Israel to Palestinian Arabs spurred by this visit (even if they wind up going nowhere) – so far it looks nothing but good.
Let’s hope it stays that way.
And they liked to say Obama was such a great statesman and the world would love the USA again because of him. That statement right there shows what liars the media are.
