Today’s quote comes to us from Debbie Schlussel, the often-offbeat political commentator who, media was telling us just yesterday, accused Sean Hannity of sexual harassment by inviting her to his hotel room and, upon her refusal, never having her on his show again (a la Bill O’Reilly).
Ms. Schlussel’s quote?
“I would never accuse him of [sexual harassment]. Sexual harassment has a special meaning under the law, and I would never accuse him of that… I never thought I was sexually harassed by Sean Hannity. I thought he was was weird and creepy and not someone I liked.”
Uh, that doesn’t read like Hannity was being accused of sexual harassment to me.
FYI, it should also be noted that Hannity and Schlussel do not like each other and there has been a feud of sorts between them for the past 11 or 12 years. So if Schlussel could actually lower the boom on Hannity in that way, it is hard not to think she’d relish the opportunity.
I therefore award Debbie Schlussel Quote Of The Day honors for setting this straight so quickly.
And I award Quote Of Any Day dishonors to mainstream media for running with another fake news story – something they seem to be very good at.
They should be. They certainly do it often enough.

There, you have it in Debbie’s own words.
Breaking news !
– – – – – – – “Sean Hannity is not someone I liked.”
Certainly worth a triple row headline.
Funny thing about msm fake news it always goes in one direction.
