You cannot make this stuff up.
A palestinian Arab terrorist, in prison for murdering 5 Israelis, has organized a hunger strike among fellow palestinian Arab prisoners.
The New York Times gives the murderer an op-ed spot in last week’s Sunday paper – and does not bother to mention why he is in prison (what’s 5 Israeli lives to the Times?).
Israel offers the prisoners food every day, and some start accepting (hunger strikes are no fun).
A number of Israeli “activists” have taken to barbequing food outside of the prison – with the aroma of the food presumably wafting inside.
And fact that food is being offered, while food aromas reach the prisoners is now being condemned as torture.
Think I’m making this up? Sorry, I’m not that clever. Here are the particulars, excerpted from William A. Jacobson’s article at legalinsurrection.com:
Palestinians fume over barbecue taunt of terrorist hunger strikers, as hundreds drop out
On Thursday, April 20, 2017, we reported on how Israeli protesters barbecued outside the prison where Palestinian terrorists on a hunger strike led by Second Intifada mastermind Marwan Barghouti.
Various anti-Israel groups have joined the chorus of condemnation.
In case you are wondering what kind of nonsensical, idiotic garbage Israel deals with every day, this should provide a bit of an insight.
