Let’s see.
First Hillary was on the hook because she lied every step of the way about the email scandal.
Then James Comey let her off the hook, even though he acknowledged she lied over and over again and was “extremely careless” with classified information.
Then she was on the hook again because Huma Abedin’s computer was loaded with State Department emails, and was used jointly by Abedin and her husband, disgraced former congressperson Anthony Weiner, who has no security clearance.
Now she’s off the hook again, just in time for the election (though I have not read whether Ms. Abedin is still in jeopardy).
Does anyone believe a thing James Comey says anymore?
The Clinton people – understandably – are immediately trumpeting this news as an absolution of wrongdoing on her part. If I were one of them I would be doing the same thing.
Will this roller coaster ride affect the election? And if it does, will it help Hillary Clinton (i.e. she’s not a target of the FBI anymore) or hurt her (this is BS, and Comey, who has let her off the hook before, probably planned it all along)?
