Apropos of nothing political….
…we saw Ethan and Joel Coen\’s new movie, “Hail Caesar”, a couple of days ago. The trailers made it seem like a really interesting, offbeat show with a great cast.
Well, the cast was great. That much was correct. But the movie was terrible. All four of us disliked it, and one of us (not me) wanted to walk out in the middle.
The only worthwhile part of the entire movie was Channing Tatum\’s dance scene, which was terrific. If Ed Sullivan still had his variety show on TV, it would have gotten a huge hand from the audience. But that\’s about it.
OK, back to politics, where few people are worth hailing, but just about everyone tries to dance…usually without much success.
