Now that eric swalwell (his name doesn’t get capitalized anymore) is being decimated – his reputation and political career both – on the grounds that he is a serial sexual predator…
…you can bet that the same Democrats who are piling on him will quickly claim that President Trump should be taken out of office for exactly the same reason.
As you may recall, in 2023 a Manhattan (90%-plus anti-Trump venue) jury found Donald Trump guilty of sexual abuse (NOT rape, interestingly) and defamation against E. Jean Carroll.
Carroll claimed Trump raped her in a dressing room at Bergdorf Goodman in New York. And the jury convicted Trump of the above charges, despite the fact that she could not provide the date or even year of the alleged rape, or any actual evidence to prove it happened, and the statute of limitations had long run out (a way was invented to ignore that fact).
Interesting, isn’t it, that a person with no proof of the alleged offenses she accused Trump of suffered no penalty at all, but Trump’s angry, admittedly insulting, denial (how would YOU react if YOU were charged with rape and you claimed it never happened) was a judgement of – I swear I am not making this up – $88.3 million dollars (yes, you are reading that amount correctly).
In any event, if swalwell is forced out of the California Governor’s race (a near certainty that could happen any time), you can bet they’ll be screaming for Trump’s scalp as well.
