Today’s quote comes to us from newly installed New York City Mayor zohran momdani.
Having been sworn in by self-professed socialist Senator Bernie Sanders (D-VT), mamdani regaled the crowd with this message (maybe warning would be a more approriate description):
“We will replace the frigidity of rugged individualism with the warmth of collectivism.”
Yes, he actually said those words.
“The warmth of collectivism”? What a great sentiment! What great luck for New York City residents!
They can now enjoy the same great success we saw in the USSR, and mao tse tung’s China, and castro’s Cuba.
I award zohran mamdani Quote Of The Day honors for his honesty in reassuring the suckers voters of New York City that they are getting exactly what he has always been about, exactly what he has clearly supported and, therefore, exactly what they voted for.
Enjoy every second of it.
